Maids of Cy-Fair was born out of my own experience as a customer seeking reliable and affordable cleaning services in the Houston suburb area of Cypress. After enduring years of trying various cleaning services and even attempting to clean myself, I realized there was a gap in the market. I was tired of paying exorbitant first-time cleaning rates to so-called “professional” franchise cleaning companies, only to discover they didn’t meet my expectations.
I also valued the importance of background checks on cleaning staff and ensuring they were adequately insured. Many affordable small independent cleaners would arrive at my home (also charging a hefty “first-time” clean), expecting to use my equipment, supplies, and even rolls of my paper towels. This was frustrating, and I discovered that many smaller businesses lacked insurance coverage, leaving my home and family vulnerable to potential damages.
Determined to make a difference, I founded Maids of Cy-Fair. Our mission is to provide professional neighborhood cleaning services to our local Cypress community, allowing customers to customize their cleaning programs to suit their specific needs and budgets.
